Editor's Review

WSU Surplus Stores in Pullman, WA, is a hidden gem for bargain hunters and anyone needing university surplus items. The store boasts an impressive variety of items, from pianos at just $25 to lab equipment going for pennies. Geoffrey Nelson nailed it when he said, 'Just about anything WSU doesn't use anymore is there for sale.' It's a place where you can score incredible deals, especially if you're on a tight budget.

However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Some customers, like Connor, were less than thrilled, calling it a 'small building with random items' and describing the overall stock as cluttered and low. Staffing seems to be a hit or miss; while many find the employees helpful, others report experiences with rudeness.

The store is open only on Fridays, which can be a hassle for those hoping to explore it on weekends. Still, for those who can make it work, WSU Surplus Stores offers great potential for unique finds. As Lion Master put it, 'If you need some furniture, this is your place to look first.'

Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers looking for unique items and furniture.
